Hi there! I'm Mike Skaife, otherwise known as Skoof!

I'm currently Head of Engineering at Ultimate Performance, the leading global premium personal training business based in Manchester in the UK. I've previously worked in various roles in Manchester, London, the Netherlands and Australia.

I'm a proactive results-driven engineering and people leader, software craftsmanship and DevOps expert and evangelist, with 15+ years experience across multiple industry sectors. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions and building high-performing cross-functional global teams. I'm skilled in aligning technical strategy with business objectives and working in close collaboration with executive stakeholders and product leaders.
